Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal played out an entertaining 2-2 draw in the North London derby on Sunday, the first Premier League match to take place following the international break.
The Gunners took the lead in the 22nd minute through Bukayo Saka, but Harry Kane equalized for Spurs just seven minutes later from the penalty spot. Richarlison then put Tottenham ahead in the 49th minute with a close-range finish.
However, Arsenal never gave up and were rewarded with an equalizer in the 74th minute through Gabriel Martinelli. Both teams had chances to win the game late on, but neither could find a winning goal.
The draw leaves Tottenham in fourth place in the Premier League table, one point behind Manchester United in third, while Arsenal remain in fifth, two points behind their rivals.
